Our story began in 1980 along the shores of Santa Cruz. With just a mop, a bucket, and a promise to deliver meticulous and personalized home care, Annie’s Cleaning was born. We do not handle dead animals, human or animal feces, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, or blood. We do not run errands, prepare food, or allow anyone besides our employees in our company vehicles. We also do not engage in plumbing, electrical, locksmith, or any repair or maintenance services, including but not limited to changing light bulbs. Lastly, our services are limited to what is within reach, and without the use of high ladders.
Our quotes are based your home's number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet. If you request add-ons, additional fees apply. Request a quote now to find out how much a cleaning service is. NOTE: We do not offer hourly rates.
Yes. We are covered by our commercial general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, commercial auto insurance, bond, and ERISA Fidelity bond for our 401(k). To ensure the safety of our cleaners, we also maintain a HazCom program in accordance with the format recommended by CalOSHA.
Yes. Our employees are equipped with company-issued tools and supplies. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us. Our cleaners cannot adopt new tools or supplies without prior discussion and our approval. Dynamic House Cleaning is also not responsible for any damages that result from use of a client-provided product(s).
We hire for character and train for skills. We always reference and background check qualified candidates to ensure fit. Then, we invite new hires to 30 days of training. During training, each new hire is rated by her Crew Lead and Trainer on Product Knowledge, Technique, Efficiency, and Details. On average, we go through over 300 applications and about 30 in-person interview before a job offer is extended and accepted. Our more tenured employee has been with us for nearly 30 years. The median tenure of our employees is 8 years.

Cancelling or rescheduling 48 to 2 hours before scheduled service will incur 50% of the estimated cost of service. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 2 hours before scheduled service will result in a non-refundable charge of the estimated cost of service.
Our crews are trained on methods and a process that ensure that your home gets consistent service every time. Unfortunately, we recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee--we are happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you contact us by the end of the next business day following your service to let us know.
No, but for all new and first-time services, you or someone you designate must be physically present to meet with the crew at the start of the service to walkthrough and again at the end of the service to sign off. After the first service, we are happy to work out an arrangement so that our cleaning crew can access your home when you're not present.
At Dynamic House Cleaning, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our cleaning crews are fully insured, so claims can be filed when necessary. We do request that clients put away valuable and fragile items to minimize the potential of any breakage.
