Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the deposit paid by the client (the “Effective Date”), by and between the client (“Client”) and Plumas Cleaning Services, Inc., a California corporation, doing business as Dynamic House Cleaning (“Company”).
1. Services: Company agrees to provide cleaning services (the “Services”) as detailed in the quote provided to Client.
2. Payment: Client agrees to pay for the Services as per the quote. The payment of a deposit, amounting to 50% of the first service’s quoted price, confirms the booking and indicates the Client’s acceptance of the terms in this Agreement.
2a. Four Month Plan: For those who have opted into the Four-Month Plan, the payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the first service’s quoted price is required at booking. This deposit indicates the Client’s acceptance of the Four-Month Plan terms, which obligate the Client to schedule and complete payment for at least one cleaning service each month after the initial service. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the equivalent of a monthly cleaning service at the end of any 30-day period without a scheduled service, as a binding contractual obligation for the duration of the Four-Month Plan.
3. In-Person Walkthrough:
3a. If the Client is not physically present upon the completion of the Services, the cleaning crew will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes for the Client to arrive for an in-person walkthrough (“Walkthrough”).
3b. If the Client does not arrive within the 10-minute window, the Services shall be deemed complete, and Client accepts the Services as rendered.
4. Services Not Included: The Company does not provide the following: care or handling of children or pets, handling of dead animals, feces, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, or blood, grocery shopping, driving clients, food preparation, plumbing, electrical, locksmith or maintenance services, tasks requiring more than a two-step ladder, laundry, carpet shampooing, exterior window washing, grout cleaning, stain removal, wall washing, organizing personal items, odor removal, and polishing or waxing of surfaces. Removal of items part of furniture, fixtures, walls, floors, or building materials is also excluded.
5. Release of Liability:
5a. In the event that the Client does not attend the Walkthrough within the specified time frame, Client hereby releases Company from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with any complaints, disputes, claims, or issues related to the Services, including but not limited to breakage, theft, damage, or any claim that the Services were incomplete or not performed to Client’s satisfaction.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California.
8. Amendments: No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit paid to confirm the quote constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
