For example, for move-out cleaning, our professional cleaners will remove built-up grime, lime scale, soap scum, and other residues that may have accumulated over time on fixtures such as faucets, showerheads, sinks, and toilets.
NOTE: balcony, patio, and similar spaces outside of living spaces can be included as add-ons.

What’s Included in Move-Out Cleaning

Our move-out cleaning service includes detailed wiping, scrubbing, and mopping of all surface areas within reach in every room, including your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and every shared room in your new home.
To allow for flexibility, we give you the option to pick and choose which add-ons to include. At a minimum, we recommend that you add Inside Fridge and Inside Cabinets and Drawer cleaning to ensure that your home is ready for inspection.

Our cleaning crews use vinegar and cleaning products by Seventh Generation for all-purpose, bathroom, and glass cleaning:
Note the spray in the picture–we also use a sanitizer-disinfectant hypochlorous spray made with salt, water, and electricity. It kills viruses (e.g., feline calicivirus, SARS-CoV-2) and bacteria (e.g., Salmonella, E.coli, Listeria). It is OMRI ceritified for organic use and is rinse free for food contact surfaces.
We also use specialized products by Weiman, FullPro, Diversey, Bona, and others for surfaces that require them, such as marble, granite, wood, stainless steel, or ceramic.
For situations that require heavy duty product, or when clients request them, our cleaning crews can use Comet®.
