The first 3 months of a Field Manager who is new to Dynamic will be spent in the field as a Crew Member and Crew Lead to ensure full understanding of our field operations and quality requirements.
As a Field Manager, your only responsibility is to reinforce and uphold Dynamic’s commitment to Dependability in every aspect of our business, including service, products, equipment, and scheduling. This role requires a person who enjoys interacting with people, troubleshooting, making difficult decisions, and cleaning.

  • Have a valid driver’s license and willing to drive company cars

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Inspect cleaning services and provide training and feedback
  • Training employees on cleaning techniques and company policies
  • Manage, track, and procure cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Liaising between the cleaning staff and the company management
  • Document, analyze, and report field data for ongoing improvements
  • Perform all Crew Member and Crew Lead responsibilities as needed

A reasonable estimate of the range for new hires for this role in is $18.50 – $19.50 an hour before monthly bonus, annual bonus, and other bonuses. Actual hourly pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual’s assigned office location, experience and expertise. Certain roles are also eligible for more bonuses than other, subject to Dynamic’s discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
